What is the evertain partnership?
The partnership begins when
you send us the first patient who opts for the evertain
replacement program. We call it a partnership because
we are helping your office with more than just making
retainers, i.e. an outside lab. We are helping you
market, optimize efficiency, and reinforce the importance
of retention to help fight relapse cases.
What is a Starter Kit?
The Starter Kit provides everthing
you need to educate and start your first few patients
with evertain. It is sent to you at no cost. To
request a starter kit, please use our online
form.
How much does it cost?
There are no costs to your
practice. The patient pays $495 - which includes
2 complete sets of retainers and free replacement
for 3 years. Patients will have the option to renew
after 3 years for a fraction of the initial cost.
Should they need to replace a retainer within the
3 years, they only pay a small shipping and handling
charge.
We use bonded lower retainers,
what would the patient pay for evertain?
The retail or patient fee
will remain the same - $495.00. However, we would
deliver 4 upper retainers initially to offset any
perceived loss of value to your patients. The renewal
fee(s) will also remain the same.
Does the practice have
to sign a contract?
No! When your patient selects
the evertain retainer and replacement program, you
simply call evertain and arrange for pickup. That's
really it.
How does the referral
bonus work?
This simple process can be
confidentially explained by contacting an evertain
representative at 1-888-evertain or use our online
form . Thank you for your understanding.
What type of retainer
does evertain provide?
We use the latest, most technologically
advanced plastic polymers which provide unmatched
durability and esthetics. Plastics have been used
in retention for decades and are now at the forefront
of active treatment with the advent of several "clear
aligner" systems marketed to consumers as invisible
braces, etc.
Are evertain retainers
computer or hand made?
Evertain retainers are made
by hand and the quality and fit are tested on the
models before shipping them to your office. We do
not employ any manufacturing techniques or technology
like the clear aligner services out there. Furthermore,
we focus on keeping corrected teeth in position
while the clear aligner services specialize in correction.
What exactly do my patients
get with evertain?
Each evertain patient starts
the program with two complete sets of retainers
and free replacement for 3 years. Patients will
have the option to renew after 3 years for a fraction
of the initial cost. Should they need to replace
a retainer within the 3 years, they only pay a small
shipping and handling charge. When one set is lost
or broken, they simply wear the backup
set as prescribed and call us to initiate the replacement
process. This makes it worry-free and provides a
system where the patient should never be without
a retainer ready to fight dreaded relapse. Shortly
after your office receives the replacement retainers
and after a short try-in appointment, the patient
is on his/her way. Both patient and practice are
smiling.
How long does it take
to get the first set of retainers?
Our standard turnaround time
is 3 business days, if you contact us to pick up
the impression by 12 noon in your time zone. Faster
turnaround is possible. For details, contact an
evertain representative at 1-888-evertain or use
our online
form.
What happens when the patient loses or breaks the
retainer?
Evertain stores all final
impressions. Patients are issued a membership card
and receive information on the replacement process.
Simply put, the patient wears the backup set of
retainers and contacts us to begin the replacement
process. We call your practice to inform you that
the replacements are on the way. Then, you schedule
a quick try-in appointment.
Can patients get new
impressions if teeth have moved?
With evertains two sets
of initial retainers and unlimited replacement privileges,
your patients should never be without a retainer.
If they are non-compliant to the point where relapse
has occurred, a new impression will be required.
While there would be no new cost to continue with
evertain in the event of a new impression, it would
be appropriate for you to charge a fee to offset
the overhead incurred in taking a new impression,
etc. Evertain will simply make new retainers and
send them to your office for try-in.
Is evertain
owned or affiliated with Align Technology and the
Invisalign service?
No. We are a privately owned
limited liability corporation with no involvement
with or from Align Technology.
